It’s not a lynch. … It’s the only place I had to put the g****** thing!

Bud Johnson (via) claims the reason he hanged an empty chair from the tree in his front yard is not because it’s meant as a symbolic lynching of Obama, but because he apparently couldn’t find any other place in his home or yard to put it.

It’s a lot harder to be a tough guy once people outside your neighborhood start finding out about your racist yard ornaments and your name and your home address, isn’t it?

The last time someone asked him about that same chair he said, and I quote:

“I don’t really give a damn whether it disturbs you or not. You can take [your concerns] and go straight to hell and take Obama with you. I don’t give a shit. If you don’t like it, don’t come down my street.”

That doesn’t sound like a person who simply didn’t have room to store a chair.
