This video is one of the most powerful and heartstopping videos I have ever watched.

Metal band Five Finger Death Punch released a video for their song “Coming Down” that perfectly encapsulates what kids that are being bullied are going through, and what drives them sometimes to commit suicide.

Having thought of suicide a couple of times in the past, I can understand how a person could get so far down and depressed to the point of coming close to killing themselves.

Don’t ever hesitate to reach out to someone who is being bullied. By reaching out and helping them, you can prevent circumstances that are shown in the video, in graphic detail.
